RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE


Take Limoncello Cheesecake recipe with following changes:

For the crust:
Use Graham crackers

For the filling:
Instead of sour cream: use 300 g raspberry puree
instead of 150 g sugar, use 200 g sugar
leave off lemon zest
instead of Limoncello, use Creme de Cassis
