Will take note of the dough, since I'm making it this weekend! I think pressing with your fingers into the pan is probably the best option.Karin Andersonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08328101125789534921noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1266479675389453667.post-62718232666115146102012-07-02T14:33:15.614-04:002012-07-02T14:33:15.614-04:00You did a great job. I also had a hard time rolling the dough without it sticking to my rolling pin even after a long chill in the fridge.Janishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09518301315786760270noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1266479675389453667.post-68671759293366032172012-07-01T23:52:43.353-04:002012-07-01T23:52:43.353-04:00Yes, exactly - I just read your post, and really w...Yes, exactly - I just read your post, and really wonder how Abby Dodge did it without cutting through the dough. <br />The berries were nice and sweet, and, with the sweet pastry cream, I didn't find it too tart.Karin Andersonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08328101125789534921noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1266479675389453667.post-78052060074150426522012-07-01T23:40:49.184-04:002012-07-01T23:40:49.184-04:00I love the berry mixture you chose. I'm thinking for next time, roll it out smaller or just press the dough directly into the pan instead of rolling it out (I've done an ATK recipe that way and it worked).Hanaâhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15660317268731033542noreply@blogger.com
